Panorama Eyecare seeks an Ophthalmic Technician to join a collaborative team focused on excellence in eyecare. You will perform ophthalmic testing, educate patients, and support physicians to ensure positive outcomes within a busy clinic.

The role is full-time, with opportunities to grow and maintain professional certification within 18 months. Location includes Erie and Boulder, CO, with a competitive hourly wage based on level and experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and experience in a fast-paced medical office with EHR systems preferred.
• Technicians must perform ophthalmic testing accurately and provide patient education.
• Ability to manage patient flow and assist physicians and other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake and workup following protocol.
• Perform ophthalmic diagnostic testing.
• Counsel patients and educate as needed.
• Maintain efficient clinical flow and address no-shows/add-ins.
• Assist physician and other departments; rotate as scribes.
