Job summary

Panorama Eyecare is seeking an Optometric Technician to support patient care across Fort Collins and Windsor locations. You will ensure a positive patient experience and assist the clinical team with exams, fittings, and education.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, solid communication, and teamwork. Experience in optometry is welcome but not required, with travel between Windsor and Fort Collins clinics.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced medical office is preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake and workup following standardized protocol and EHR use.
• Assist Optometrists and patients with contact lens fittings.
• Provide patient counseling and education as needed.
• Monitor and manage patient eye and vision issues during and after visits.
• Contribute to clinic efficiency and manage daily scheduling.
• Assist with retail eyewear and eye care products.
• Support cleaning, stocking, and closing exam lanes and equipment.
