Job summary

Panorama Eyecare in Colorado is seeking an Optometric Technician to join a collaborative team. You will handle patient intake, assist with contact lens fittings, and support the optometrists while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a patient-focused mindset. The position involves working at Fort Collins and Windsor locations with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced medical office and in electronic health records is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Friendly, self-motivated, reliable, organized and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake and workup following standardized protocols and EHR.
• Assist Optometrists and patients with contact lens fittings.
• Provide patient counseling and education as needed.
• Monitor and manage patient eye and vision issues during/after visits as directed by the Optometrist.
• Maintain clinic flow and schedules, assist in retail eyewear areas.
