LensCrafters in Pittsburgh seeks a part-time Optometric Technician to assist the optometrist during eye exams and ensure a seamless patient experience. You will greet patients, perform pre-exam testing, gather medical history, and help maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant fashion while supporting both clinical and retail teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and patient information with attention to detail.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA and ensure data accuracy.
• Support retention and scheduling processes and contact lens operations.
• Maintain equipment and inventory in exam rooms and adhere to safety standards.
