Position Summary We have an opportunity for a new addition to our team. We are looking for a candidate that can bring their passion for helping others, along with professionalism, personable customer service skills and a warm welcoming smile. Our goal is to WOW every patient every time! The customer experience is the most important thing to us.
Job Duties & Essential Functions
Duties will include greeting and working directly with patients, pretesting and assisting the Dr. You will also learn to answer multi-line phone system, perform contact lens insertion and removal training and general patient flow. Experience not necessary, WILL TRAIN the right candidate. Customer service skills a MUST. Candidate will be required to work Thursday evening until 7:30pm. And 1-2 Saturdays a month from 7:30-12.
