Job summary

May Vision Center in Waunakee, WI is seeking a friendly, patient-focused team member to greet patients, assist the optometrist, and support the clinic's smooth flow.

No prior experience is required; we WILL TRAIN. The role includes answering phones, pretesting, scheduling, and basic front-desk tasks, with Thursday evenings and 1-2 Saturdays per month.

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties will include greeting and working directly with patients, pretesting and assisting the Dr. You will also learn to answer multi-line phone system, perform contact lens insertion and removal training and general patient flow. Experience not necessary,WILL TRAINthe right candidate.Customer service skills a MUST.Candidate will be required to work Thursday evening until 7:30pm. And 1-2 Saturdays a month from 7:30-12.
