SVS Vision, Inc. in Jackson, MI seeks an Ophthalmic Technician to provide clinical support for the Doctor of Optometry and help increase patient satisfaction while elevating exam efficiency.

This full-time position reports to the Professional Services Department and offers a team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth and above-market benefits. The role involves refractive testing, eye care procedures, and direct patient care tasks to support OD workflow and ensure smooth clinic

• Communicates with the retail office management and staff.

• Refraction.
• Case history review including current medical conditions.
• Non-Contact tonometry.
• Auto-refractor.
• Visual acuity testing.
• Blood pressure measurement.
• Lensometer.
• Visual field testing.
• Fundus photography.
• OCT testing.
• Eye drop instillation.
• Additional clinical procedures requested by the supervising OD.
• Hands off patient care to the OD.
