Pay Type: Part Time

Pay Range: $12.44 - $16.79 per hour

The Role: A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our Exam Practice, dedicated to ensuring the best patient journey. You will be trained in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, products/services, and managed vision care. Your role is to guide patients through their eye exam experience in a human, simple, and bold way.

• Maintain accurate patient records before preliminary testing
• Introduce patients to the OD and provide relevant information
• Transition patients from doctor to sales floor, educating and recommending products/services
• Support store operations including restocking, cleaning equipment, and answering phones

Qualifications:

• Customer or patient experience preferred but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED, or related experience
