Pay Type: Part Time

Pay Range: $12.44 - $16.79 per hour

The Role:

A Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant is the face of our Exam Practice, dedicated to ensuring the best experience for every patient. You will be trained in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, our products/services, and managed vision care. Your role is to guide patients through the initial steps of their experience, ensuring their needs are met in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patients to the OD and provide essential patient information.
• Transition patients from the doctor to the sales floor, assisting in product and service recommendations.
• Support daily operations such as restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Related customer or patient experience preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
