Job summary

VisionFirst in Kentucky is seeking a friendly front desk team member to join our patient experience team. You will greet patients, prep them for exams, conduct pre-tests, and help ensure a great visit.

No two days are the same; duties include taking medical history, guiding patients with warmth, and keeping accurate records. Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Use diagnostic equipment and perform preliminary testing.
• Prepare patients for their eye exams by performing medical history intake.
• Guide patients through their visit with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
• Assist with various in-office procedures that ensure organized and efficient patient flow.
