Job summary

VisionFirst Eye Care in Salem, IN is seeking a friendly front-desk teammate to welcome patients, prep them for exams, and support a smooth flow of visits. You’ll perform pre-tests, take medical histories, and help maintain accurate patient records with warmth and professionalism. Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. Benefits include PTO, ESOP, 401k, insurance, and free eye exams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key part of our patient experience — greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include:
