Job summary

VisionFirst in Indiana is seeking a friendly, patient-focused team member to join our optical care team. You will greet patients, prep them for exams, perform preliminary testing, and ensure a positive, organized visit for every patient.

You will collect medical history, guide patients with warmth and professionalism, and help maintain up-to-date records. Prior optometry or medical office experience is a plus, and we provide training for the right person.

What You'll Do

You'll be a key part of our patient experience - greeting people, prepping them for exams, conducting pre-tests, and ensuring that every patient has a great experience. No two days look exactly alike. Some key job duties include:
