Job summary

Lancesoft in Milpitas, CA is seeking an Associate Test Engineer to join a fast‑paced optical/electro‑mechanical team. You will build, align, calibrate, and test electromechanical and optical assemblies, resolving moderately complex problems and documenting findings.

The role requires hands‑on experience with testing instruments, cleanroom work, and collaboration across groups; a technical certificate or AS degree with 5+ years experience is preferred, with LabView/Linux experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical certificate/AS degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• BSEE/BSEET or similar engineering degree strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience testing digital and analog components/systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical assemblies at system level.
• Test and troubleshoot systems; complete rework from testing results.
