Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in design, analysis, development, fabrication, integration, verification, and compliance processes.
• Knowledge in opto-mechanical, electro-mechanical, thermal and/or structural systems development.
• Experience with CAD software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze hardware for opto-mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Produce hardware and tooling within an IPT.
• Create designs and assemblies; generate drawings and BOMs using PDMLink.
• Develop designs based on provided requirements.
• Conduct analyses linking requirements to design parameters.
• Evaluate structural performance with CREO simulate.
• Support program and customer communications, prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist manufacturing build and test of designed equipment.
