Qualifications

• MS in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 5-10 years of mechanical design and/or product development experience is required.
• Proven project management and/or project leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing engineering product development team to deliver innovative mechanical designs aligned with cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring coordination across multiple disciplines and teams.
• Facilitate regular team meetings with clear agendas and action item tracking.
• Conduct technical reviews, including FMEA, design analyses, risk assessments, and qualification plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers on DFM reviews, RCCA, and procurement processes to resolve issues.
