Job summary

Optiver, a leading global market-maker, seeks an experienced Options Market Maker to lead our U.S. presence across options exchange floors.

You will bridge our electronic trading desks, floor brokers, and exchange personnel to improve liquidity, pricing accuracy, and execution quality across venues. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Deep understanding of financial instruments, trading exchanges and markets.
Strong mathematical aptitude.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Strong relationship-building with traders, brokers, and exchange personnel.
3+ years in options trading, market making, floor brokerage, or exchange operations.

Responsibilities

Make markets in eligible equity, ETF, and index options.
Represent the firm across options exchanges; build relationships with floor brokers, DPMs/LMMs, and exchange officials.
Track exchange rule changes, fees, and incentive programs.
Partner with desk traders and institutional trading teams to optimize quoting and execution quality.
Facilitate large or complex executions; monitor floor specific KPIs, fill rates and market share across venues.
Ensure compliance with exchange rules and regulatory requirements.
