Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a financial services accounting role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from accredited college/university.
• Strong accounting technical skills.
• Experience with Options products is required.
• Ability to research US GAAP independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent analytics, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced in MS Office particularly in Excel.
• Data Visualization tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close activities including bank statements, accruals, and PFOF.
• Reconcile billing data with exchange invoices, daily/monthly data, and PFOF actuals across multiple counterparties.
• Prepare and book journal entries for accruals, actuals, connectivity fees, and other charges.
• Prepare, refresh, and email preliminary and final reporting files (P&L, tiers, AOS/Precision, and client billing).
• Refresh kickout files, update OCC files, upload rules to billing system, reconcile unclaimed wires, and align with exchange fee schedules.
