Job summary

OneMain Financial in Fort Mill, SC seeks an Operations Optional Product Support Specialist to be the primary contact for cancelations of optional insurance products and to process requests accurately in back-office systems. You will balance high volume with quality and ensure customers are aware of cancellation rights.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and adherence to FDCPA and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of call center experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Ability to balance high volume work with accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for optional product cancellation inquiries.
Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, mail, or in person.
Process cancellation requests in back office systems with high accuracy.
Identify and communicate potential operational issues to leadership.
Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations including FDCPA and relevant laws.
Maintain clear account documentation and disposition for all interactions.
