Job summary

OneMain Financial in London, KY is seeking an Operations Optional Product Support Specialist to serve as the single point of contact for customer questions and cancellations of optional insurance products. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries by phone, email, mail, or in-person requests and perform back‑office processing with precision.

You will become a subject matter expert on OneMain Optional products, ensure compliance with FDCPA and related regulations, maintain accurate records,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of call center experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Internal systems experience preferred.
• Experience with internal optional products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for customer support of Optional Products.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, mail, or in-person requests.
• Demonstrate active listening and provide appropriate solutions with focus on quality and first contact resolution.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and dispositions with attention to detail.
• Process cancellations and review accounts for refunds, stop payments, and re-issues as needed.
• Ensure service levels are met and collaborate with team and leadership to resolve issues.
