Job summary

Tenova S.p.A. in Genova is seeking a motivated Optimization Intern to join the Supply Chain Department. You will support the Optimization Manager and engage in monitoring business tools, testing, documentation, and dashboard updates to enable continuous improvement.

The role requires a degree student or recent graduate in engineering or business, strong English, and a drive for data analysis and system integration in an international, dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree students or recent graduates in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Interest in data analysis, business processes and system integration.
• Attention to detail with an analytical mindset and initiative for continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong teamwork, communication, autonomy and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and monitoring of business tools including SAP S/4HANA and the Supplier Portal.
• Assist in tracking system issues and user requests.
• Support testing activities and validation of system functionalities.
• Help maintain and update operational documentation and user guides.
• Assist in updating dashboards and reports (Supplier Portal and BI tools).
• Support analysis of operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role in Tenova: Optimization Intern

Description: We are looking for a motivated Optimization Intern to join our Supply Chain Department, you will support the Optimization Manager and be involved in the following activities:
