Responsabilités

• Proactively promote CPO/NPO products to field teams and customers.
• Drive new business opportunities and align sales strategies to win targets.
• Coordinate pricing and market strategy with sales to maximize share at key accounts.
• Conduct local customer visits and travel for training, factory visits, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and close opportunities.
• Lead New Business Plan activities including NPD, NBO, and design-wins with customers.
