Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Londonderry, NH seeks a Manufacturing Technician B for weekend shifts (4/10 schedule). You will support the production line with assembly, alignment, and testing of optics and laser assemblies, using precision tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities include following work instructions, maintaining safety, and contributing to continuous improvement. Requires a HS diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associates degree with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and work instructions; follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist production line with unit alignment, assembly, and test.
• Assemble, align, and test optics and laser assemblies per instructions.
• Operate alignment stations and measurement tools; interpret oscilloscope readings.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and test equipment as required.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and maintain clean, safe work area.
