If you know how to read a customer, ask the right questions, recommend with confidence, and hit a number, you already have the hardest part of this job. We'll train you into a profession.

Total earning potential: $20–26/hr+.

Our Optician roles start with a guaranteed $17/hr base, plus a commission and bonus structure built to be earned, not chased — most opticians add another $3–9/hour on top of base as they grow into the role.
