All About Eyes is seeking an Optician to help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, while providing expert eyewear recommendations. The role focuses on patient care, accuracy, and top‑notch service.

You will participate in a dynamic team, work with supportive leadership, and have access to benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Verifying insurance benefits and calculating patient responsibility.
• Selecting and ordering eyewear for patients.
• Making small repairs and adjustments for eyeglasses.
• Ensuring that patient experience from start to finish is the best in the business.
• Encouraging and supporting their team by communicating effectively and helping each other reach a common goal.
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
