• Small but busy Ophthalmology/Optometry practice—versatile team player.
• Knowledge of optical ordering/dispensing/insurance.
• Optical inventory management.
• Answering phone calls and multitasking.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Availability Monday–Friday from 8-5.

Responsibilities

• Rotate responsibilities from optical support to medical reception.
• Answer phone calls and manage front-desk duties.
• Maintain optical inventory and assist with insurance tasks.
• Provide accurate, friendly service to patients.
