Job summary

The Optician will assist patients with selecting and fitting eyewear, perform frame adjustments, and educate patients about lens options. Qualifications

• Previous optical experience preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on prescription and personal preferences.
• Take accurate measurements for proper lens fitting, including PD and segment height.
• Educate patients on lens types, coatings, and frame materials.
• Adjust and repair frames as needed.
• Process eyewear orders and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Maintain and organize frame displays and inventory.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
