Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist them in selecting frames and lenses that best meet their vision and lifestyle needs.
• Accurately measure pupillary distance (PD), segment height, and other necessary optical measurements.
• Educate patients on lens options, premium lens technologies, coatings, and frame materials.
• Recommend products that best fit each patient's visual needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Adjust, repair, and fit eyewear to ensure comfort and proper alignment.
• Process eyewear orders and verify prescription accuracy.
• Maintain attractive frame displays and manage optical inventory.
• Collaborate with providers and fellow team members to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience.

Position Summary

As an Optician, you will play an important role in helping patients achieve their best vision by assisting them in selecting eyewear that meets their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.
