Responsibilities

• Measure pupillary distance and other optical measurements accurately.
• Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and frame materials.
• Suggest products that fit patient needs and budget.
• Adjust and fit eyewear for comfort and alignment.
• Process eyewear orders and verify prescriptions.
• Maintain attractive frame displays and inventory.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver excellent patient care.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and a positive patient experience.
