Qualifications

• Ability to relate and understand the patient needs with eyewear.
• Ability to fit patients with proper material, size, coatings, and measurements.
• Understand insurance and recommend the right eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and fit/adjust frames.
• Explain vision insurance benefits and billing processes.
• Process lab orders and balance invoices for frames, lenses, and contacts.
• Enter data into EHR software accurately and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
