Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience and deliver urgent service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and describe lens and frame features and benefits using appropriate tools.
• Lead optical operations in partnership with Store Management to identify Rx expansion opportunities.
• Foster learning so team members become experts in optical products and services.
• Engage with the local community to attract new customers.
• Resolve issues quickly in collaboration with management.
• Support daily retail operations and maintain store policies and procedures.
• Keep the store visually appealing and assist with floor and fixture changes.
