Oakley Retail is seeking an Optician to educate customers and push the boundaries of what is possible through elevating performance of our eyewear and services. As a business leader in Oakley Retail, you will engage the community and grow the business through exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for explaining lens features, guiding Rx expansion opportunities with store management, and helping maintain store presentation while fostering an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Retail optics knowledge and customer service excellence.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Creates an exceptional customer experience and provides timely service.
• Demonstrates product knowledge; explains lenses and frames features.
• Leads optical operations with store management to grow Rx business.
• Fosters learning so staff become experts in our products.
• Engages with local community to attract new customers.
• Maintains store appearance and supports floor changes.
