Qualifications

• Ability to analyze prescriptions and assist with repairs and frame adjustments

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient and customer service per store standards
• Analyze eyewear needs and recommend lenses, coatings, and frames
• Assist patients in selecting frames that fit facial features and prescriptions
• Process orders and dispense eyewear accurately and professionally
• Assist with frame repairs, adjustments, and contact lens care
• Manage optical lab work orders and maintain frame inventory
