Job summary

A technology company in optical communications is looking for a Transceiver Test Engineer to test, debug, and support the development of high-speed optical transceivers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Optical engineering, bilingual in Mandarin, and experience with optical testing. Responsibilities include design verification, testing equipment maintenance, and software development for automated testing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Optical engineering with 2+ years of experience or Master's degree with 1+ year of experience.
• 3 years of experience working in an engineering laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform design verification and testing of high-speed optical transceivers.
• Install and maintain optical transceiver testing equipment.
• Set up and conduct optical transceiver communication link tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot link failures.
• Develop and revise transceiver automatic testing software.
• Document reports for various optical transceiver qualification tests.

Skills

Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin)

Experience with optical transceiver communication link test

Familiarity with Linux

Familiarity with Python

Familiarity with LabVIEW

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Optical engineering
