The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical or optical engineering, or a Master's degree, with experience in an engineering laboratory setting. Proficiency in Linux, Python, and LabVIEW is preferred, along with familiarity with high-speed optical transceivers and network switch installations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Bachelor's or 1+ year with Master's in a related field.
• Experience in an engineering laboratory environment.
• Experience in data centers with high-speed optical transceivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interoperability tests on high-speed optical transceivers.
• Install and maintain network switches from various manufacturers.
• Perform communication link tests using network switches.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with cross-functional teams.
• Support production lines for optical transceiver testing.
• Generate test reports.
