Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in optometry/ophthalmology preferred.
• Training or coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training to new hires using established materials and pathways.
• Serve as optical SME while teaching Patient Services and Clinical Technician basics.
• Support managers with ongoing staff development and education.
• Provide updates on training progress and performance.
• Conduct staff assessments during key training phases.
• Assist with workflow improvements through cloud software and resources.
• Partner with leadership to support educational events and initiatives.
• Promote a positive, professional, team-focused learning environment.
