A leading eye care provider is seeking an Optical Technician in Missouri. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient experiences and maximizing retail sales through dispensing and fitting glasses and contacts. Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma and prior customer interaction experience. Optometry or ophthalmology background is preferred, with certifications such as ABO and NCLE being a plus. The work environment may require travel to various office locations. This position demands strong customer service and optical measurement skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or related fields.
• ABO and NCLE certifications preferred but not required.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class patient experience and maximize sales.
• Assist patients in selecting appropriate frames and lenses.
• Educate patients on lens options and coatings.
• Accurately collect optical measurements for orders.
• Dispense and adjust orders to fit patient needs.
