Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience transferring technology from development into manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer of new optical/laser products into manufacturing.
• Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, test methods, and training.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure manufacturability and scalability.
• Support manufacturing readiness reviews and stage-gate activities.
• Lead CAPA and root cause analysis with Ops and Quality.
