National Vision Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Vista Optical location on a military exchange. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales and profitability targets, staff supervision, training, and promotions execution.

You will coordinate with the doctor, staff, and corporate teams while maintaining standards and compliance. The position emphasizes staff development, merchandising, and operational excellence to keep customers satisfied and drive

Qualifications

• Retail or optical retail management experience is required.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Monitor profit, sales and performance against budgets and P&L.
• Supervise and train store associates and ensure promotions are in place.
• Hire, motivate and develop staff; manage visual merchandising.
• Interface with doctors, staff, and customers to maintain relationships.
• Provide daily and weekly statistics to District Manager and corporate.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and credential requirements where applicable.
