Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. is seeking a plant operator to run and adjust optical sorter equipment, monitor line flow and waste, and support production quality. You will engage with process and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation and sanitation of the sorter systems.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with certifications in lock-out/tag-out, forklift, and sanitation often needed or trainable on-site. Expect a physically demanding role in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out, Forklift, and Sanitation certifications are required or will be trained to meet certification requirements.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and troubleshoot optical sorter equipment and feed conveyors.
• Maintain line flow and monitor waste, adjust as directed by supervisor.
• Coordinate with process/packaging operators and maintenance for operation, safety and sanitation of equipment.
