EXFO Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer for the US NEMs and Labs Team with a focus on advanced optics, PICs, and high-speed communications. You will represent EXFO as an optical technology expert during visits and technical discussions, helping customers advance cutting-edge development projects.

The role includes pre-sales support, demonstrations, evaluations, and technical reviews of our products, plus presence at trade shows and conferences. Travel is approximately 25–50%.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of communications technologies including high-speed transceivers and photonics.
• Experience with testing and characterization of optical and high-speed components.
• Effective communication and ability to position EXFO solutions to customers' needs.

Responsabilidades

• Represent EXFO as an Advanced Optical technology expert in visits and technical discussions.
• Provide pre-sales support including online/onsite demonstrations and evaluations.
• Support presence at trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations.
• Participate in field evaluations to train customers on EXFO testing solutions.
• Collaborate with BU and Marketing to keep product information current.
