Kendall Eye Institute Inc in Miami, FL is seeking an Optical Sales Representative to help patients select eyewear, explain lens options, and process orders in a fast-paced clinical retail setting.

You will build lasting patient relationships, meet sales goals for optical products, and stay current on eyewear trends and insurance billing practices. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; ABO certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales or related retail/healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and vision insurance.
• Strong customer service and patient-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in the Miami market.
• ABO certification or willingness to obtain.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
