Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.

• Assist with office opening/closing tasks and update records.
• Maintain inventory and order contact lens supplies as needed.
• Conduct essential preliminary assessments (retinal function, peripheral vision, retinal photography).
• Cross-train to support multiple departments and grow within the practice.
