Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses, and educate on care, with duties aligned to state requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate order status.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
