Atlantic Eye LLC in Eatontown, NJ is seeking an Optical Sales Associate to help patients find frames and lens options, guide them through vision benefits, and process eyewear sales with precision.

You will work with doctors and opticians to ensure patient satisfaction, perform frame adjustments, stay current with eyewear trends, and participate in travel between Monmouth County locations as needed. A sales-minded, team-oriented approach is essential.

Note:

Traveling between our 5 Monmouth County locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to patients, guiding them through the selection process to find the perfect eyewear solutions.
• Maintain records of sales transactions and customer data to facilitate efficient operations and personalized service in future interactions.
• Create an inviting and organized work environment, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and patient care.
• Exhibit a sharp attention to detail, consulting with Opticians and Doctors as needed to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and eyewear solutions.
• Display a willingness to learn and adapt, including the mastery of optical tools and basic repair techniques to enhance customer service capabilities.
• Educate customers on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in eyewear fashion and technology.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM Flexibility is key, with occasional availability required on weekends and evenings.
