Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough product knowledge.
• Create and maintain patient files in line with HIPAA.
• Assess patient needs and preferences.
• Take measurements when needed.
• Prepare work orders for the lab.
• Select correct lenses per work order specifications.
• Inspect final product for accuracy.
• Adjust/repair damaged frames as required.
• Price and stock merchandise; keep displays neat.
