Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers; inform merchandisers on stocking needs; maintain visual standards.
• Manage complex customer service situations and VIP clientele; ensure VIP retention.
• Stay informed about current product assortment and represent the brand knowledgeably.
• Be responsive to management instructions and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
• Uphold company rules, professional regulations, and code of conduct; attend meetings.
