Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate measurements and prescription information for lab technicians.

• Process payments and refunds using the POS system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and warranty options.
• Process insurance claims efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and pricing.
• Create and manage patient files with confidentiality in mind.
