Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories.
• Ensure accurate prescription details for lenses.
• Dispense glasses to patients and advise on care.
• Open/close/store operations under guidance of management.
• Provide exceptional service and know current promotions and policies.
• Process payments using the in-house POS system.
• Execute administrative tasks and manage patient files.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with stocking.
