Job summary

National Vision Inc. seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for our Plano, TX optical manufacturing facility.

You will supervise daily production departments, ensure safety and quality, hire and develop staff, and maintain orderly, efficient operations. The night shifts run 3 days per week with 4 days off; candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lead across departments to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of directly related supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead production staff and manage workflow.
• Strong MS Office skills; Word and Excel.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to production goals, safety, and quality standards.
• Address interdepartmental issues and optimize workflow.
• Train and develop lead associates and cross-train staff.
• Review daily reports and manage inventory as needed.
