Medical Eyeglass Center in Westfield, NJ, is seeking a reliable, organized team member to join our Business Operations team and support a growing network of optical dispensaries. The role focuses on ordering frames and supplies, receiving, inspecting, and organizing products, and maintaining accurate records.

You will coordinate with vendors, process returns and credits, and assist with packing and shipping via UPS and FedEx.

Qualifications

• Optical experience preferred.
• Optical frame ordering experience a strong plus.
• Compulink experience a plus.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• UPS/FedEx shipping experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive, teamoriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Order optical frames, supplies, and merchandise.
• Receive, inspect, and organize products.
• Process returns, exchanges, and vendor credits.
